Salaam,

I have to, as a friendly gesture, warn you not to be arrogant.

Perhaps you are both right without perceiving, but your expressions are incompatible.

You cannot claim to be guided, but at the same time have a irreligious behavior. This is not what leads to salvation.

Arrogance is part of the ego, and it is the ego which will prevent most people from entering Heaven, even among Believers. You have to search your feelings and seek the Light.

This is a general statement, please disregard if you do not feel hit by it.

God bless you

peace, easy to find multiples include/exclude.

If omit اللهم Allāhumma 3:26, 5:114, 8:32

1272 occurrence not multiple!
1273 occurrence i.e. 19 x 67!

9:129 فان so if تولوا turn they of فقل so say حسبى suffices me الله the god لا not اله deity الا except هو he علىه on him توكلت trust I وهو and he رب lord العرش the throne العظىم the great

# letters from start verse including الله Allāh = 19!
seq # word gv 1 131 2 443 3 210 4 80 5 66 = 19 x ...!

total exclude 112 chapter titles = 2699 (prime number)

9:127 1273 occurrence of "god" all forms is multiple 19 x 67
9:129 1216 occurrence of الله the god is also multiple 19 x 64

There's only one allah in the Quran, that's enough for me
What could i say that is better than what God has already informed us of?

I've analyzed the results published by Rashad Khalifah and compared his results with my own results. My results were obtained based on a Matlab code that I've developed specifically for this purpose.

Mistakes in Khalifahs' results are:

9:15     one allah is not counted   (-1)
25:68   one allah is not counted   (-1)
40:74   one allah is not counted   (-1)
58:4     one allah is counted extra   (+1)
63:6     one allah is not counted   (-1)
63:7     one allah is counted extra   (+1)

In total, two allahs are counted less (-1-1-1+1-1+1=-2) due to the above mistakes.
If we accept that 9:129  is a false verse, we can consider that one another allah has been counted extra (+1) by Khalifah.
Therefore, only one allah is counted less  (-2+1=-1) by Khalifah.

As a result, the true total number of allahs in quran is 2698+1=2699.

To obtain the original number 2698=19*142, we should ignore the first "allah" which is found in 1:1. Is it really rational? I do not think so, because the first بسم الله is considered as a verse.

Notice:
Some people, just search for the word لله and they forget to remove the following list from their results.

in addition, there are 5 اللهم that should not be included in the results.

Last post to put this to rest...

Quran Word Search
http://www.answering-christianity.com/quran_search.htm

Parameter: لله
Search Type: Exact String
The number of text-occurrences: 2820

2820 - 112 chapter titles not counted = 2708

2708 – 2698 = 10 not counted; these were all EXCLUDED from the count...

http://www.submission.org/miracle/pdf/vis3.pdf

Say: “O God...

Only 1 was counted...
And God was not to misguide (a) nation after when He guided them, until He clarifies/explains to them what they fear and obey, that God was/is with every thing knowledgeable.

Only 1 was counted...
Their call/prayer in it (is): "Oh/you God Your praise/glory." And their greeting in it (is): "Security/peace." and their last call/prayer (is): "That the praise/gratitude (is) to God the creations all together's/(universes') Lord.

Say: “O God...

Only 1 was counted...
From other than God? They said: "They were misguided from us, but we were not calling from before a thing." As/like that God misguides the disbelievers.

‏‏These last two are OK...
La thaleelin wala yughnee mina allahabi

That truly on Us the guidance.

Total (not including 112 chapter titles) Allah in Quran = 2706!

Peace

Peace Ahmad,

Here you say that when “allah” is a common noun, it is not counted.

Here you state the obvious fact that “allah” in 6:3 is also a common noun.

Realizing that now your Code 19 counts would be messed up if 6:3 is excluded; you suddenly change your mind and say that the common noun “allah” in 6:3 is included.

But if by your own admission, common nouns are included then the common nouns “allahuma" and "allahukum” in 3:26, 5:114, 8:32, 10:10, and 39:46 must also be included.

You clearly fell into the temptation/”fitna” of the count of 19 and are caught in your web of contradictions. This and your earlier desperate nonsense about the meaning of “إلا “ demonstrates that you are following in the footsteps of Khalifa and like him disregarding truth for the sake of your obsession with 19. This is exactly what 74:31 predicted.

Peace,

Ayman
