Have you ever suffered from Anxiety or Depression

Hazrat Ibne Abbas (رضي الله عنه) narrated that Prophet Hazrat Muhammed ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) recites this dua in disquieting (Bechaini) or Anxiety.

"Lailaha Illal Lahul Azeemul Haleem,

Lailaha Illal Lahu Rabbul Arshil Azeem,

Lailaha Illal Lahu Rabbus Samaa vaate

Wa Rabbul Arze Wa Rabbul Arshil Qareem"

Reference: "Sahi Bukhari"

"No one is worthy of worship except Allah who is great
No one is worthy of worship except Allah who is the lord of Arsh (celestial sphere)
No one is worthy of worship except Allah who is the owner of the sky and land and prestigious Arsh"


We all know that Prophet Yunus Alahi Salam was in the abdomen of the fish for 40 days but very few people know that how Prophet Yunus Alaihi Salam get back from there.

Arabic verses: "Falaulah Annahu Qaana Minal Musabbeheen Lalabe Safi Baknehi Ila Yaomil Wa Afoon"

Meaning: If he was not the paternoster (tasbeeh reciter), then he would be in the abdomen of the fish until the resurrection.

The tasbeeh or litany that Prophet Yunus (عليه السلام) recited in that tribulation:

"La Ilaaha Illaa Anta Subhaanaka Inni Quntu Minazzaa Lemeen"

Reference: Surah-Al-Anbya (21:87)

Meaning: "There is no good but you, exalted are you, Indeed, I have been of the wrongdoers.

Just out of curiosity ,where does Qoran say _for 40 days_ about this,quote:

"We all know that Prophet Yunus Alahi Salam was in the abdomen of the fish for 40 days but very few people know that how Prophet Yunus Alaihi Salam get back from there."

Also the "Tasbih" of the tongue/mouth must be exceeded by the "Tasbeeh" of the heart. "The Tasbeeh" of the heart shapes and straightens the person
I suppose there is nothing wrong in complimenting the Tasbeeh of the heart with the tongue. to help the meditation of the heart.

Psychotherapist, or better directly to a psychiatrist. He will find you an individual treatment regimen. The main thing is not to blame yourself and do not deny the disease. This is not your weakness. This is a disease that must be treated. Ask for support from friends and acquaintances, who do not need to prove or explain anything. I recommend you to read the book Brain dump journal, which will direct you to the proper path.

I make sure I make some private time to talk about everything I feel with GOD.

I tell GOD my anxieties and concerns,  I talk to Him like I would with my best friend, mum ,dad, brother sister....

I meditate, praise and thank Him for listening to me . I then try to find some relevant verses that come to my mind and read them to myself. Otherwise I just open the scripture on a random page and read on trying to concentrate on the meaning of the words I read.

A cloud often lifts from my mind and I become peaceful and calm for a moment. Then I plan for the day  and include at least  one good deed  in the plan.

It is a continuous task in this life. . Anxiety, suffering and depression are never far away daily. GOD s mercy and help are always a lot  nearer  if we seek Him.

For many it is likely the obsession of religion is a reaction to isolation, I wrote an article of this topic, excerpt below:

religions are methods of mental control, effectively slavery of the soul to stupidity, ignorance, and very unhealthy to growth, common unity and this fosters apathy to abuses, which is the manufactured purpose of all religions, allow the stupid to remain stupid, the coward to hide in the darkness, to be pious in the confort of conformity, the ignorance of blind beliefs.

You miss understand what I say constantly, I do not care if you believe in a god, I care you believe in a god without an atoms worth of evidence, that is stupidity in carnate, and god worship is only a small example of this mindset of conformity to blind belief, if I can make one soul stop, think for a second, and then consider they should develop the skill to reason, then the effort will have been worthwhile. If they can examine the evidence and apply reason to form belief, whatever that belief is would be reasoned, and this alone is the only way to escape the stupidity of blind conformity to bullshit.

A religion is a particular system of faith and worship, I worship nothing, and have no fiath, as to have faith is to have nothing, god worship is not the limit to that definition, a medical doctor worships allopathic quackery, a politician worships the corporation of state, a banker worships money and usury etc.

Believers don't have religion bro... From the beginning there is no religion.. Whatever Messengers  brought is way of life and hope for another eternal life... Purpose of life is what is important for believers..

Anyway.. What's your purpose of life... Why you live in the way you live and what do you expect by living in that nature... If you wish you may answer..

Further what you try to learn from this forum where mostly those who claim they follow quran alone is active.. What would or could you furnish to those if they follow you... What's his hope in case he surrender to your opinion.. Will it give in his life peace...
