Peace

3:7 He is the One who sent down to you the Book, from which there are fixed verses—they are the Mother of the Book—and others which are comparable. As for those who have a disease in their hearts, they follow that of it which is comparable, seeking to confuse, and seeking to derive an interpretation. But none know its interpretation except God, and those who are well founded in knowledge; they say: "We believe in it, all is from our Lord." And none will remember except those who possess intelligence.

Conclusion

Literal Analysis will have shown that this verse so often cited to justify the interpretive activity of Exegesis has itself been deviated from its literal meaning by interpretation. Contrary to the received and accepted idea, the Koran does not therefore describe itself as being composed of explicit verses / muḥkamât and equivocal verses / mutashâbihât, but as presenting only explicit verses even if the limits of any language may make certain verses "seem equivocal / mutashâbihât". It is therefore the men who according to their intentions exploit the limits of expression of the Koranic language and are thus interested in these verses which "would seem equivocal / mutashâbihât" in order to allegedly detect ambiguities giving rise to the interpretation they are looking for. . [14]

This explains why in this verse the interpretive activity is judged pejoratively, like a factious step: "by desire / seditious ibtighâ'a / al – fitna". Conversely, those "rooted in knowledge" are those who strive to counter their own tendency to interpret in order to determine the intended meaning / ta'wîl by God. The real opposition expressed in this verse therefore does not concern the key terms muḥkamât and mutashâbihâ, but those who want to interpret the Koran in relation to those who use their reason to understand and accept "its primary meaning / ta'wîl" and their faith to accept this literal meaning of the Quran

Format and Organization

Miscellany of Grand Qur'ān

Structuring a Nonfiction book is challenging. It is most challenging when the Nonfiction book is a Grand Memoir:  encompassing in its ambit the time and space, the past, present and the future of all that exists. It needs to be structured keeping in view the limitations of cognitive capabilities of audience. Format and organization is an important aspect to facilitate the reader and is also a factor for evaluation of books. It needs to be seen that does the arrangement make sense and can be referenced distinctly.

The first step is to determine the flow of information and accordingly organize the book into parts - chapters and chapters into sub-parts with distinct topics that concatenate facts in perfect sequence and chronological order. The concatenation, consistence. and contiguity reflect the superb organization of a book. It aids the reader's cognitive capability in gradually raising his level of enlightenment as it keeps building the background knowledge.

It is our common knowledge that the entire Existence has two realms: one Realm that is within the reach of direct observation while the other Realm is not. Who can be the best Author of a book that encompasses time-space for which reason it can be personified as ever-living? Obvious answer is that the best Author is He Who is:

Form-IV Passive Participle : Injunctions and Prohibitions - Attitude - behaviour - conduct: Code of conduct.

Form-VI Active Participle: That explains phenomenon and scientific realities with metaphors.

Both are different type of text.

Qur'an scholars are also of two types. Majority are of tilted hearts.

Summary is given in the end.
