1. I never claimed that. I only argued in "sunniforum" regarding the fact that male and female are not the only options.

2. The gender nondisclosure is not there for any claim of non-gender but to make it possible to rise above all the gender issues that may get in the way of human perception.

Well, the 3rd is for the ones that are not have either the complete/incomplete male only or complete/incomplete female only hardware. I hope that is enough for you to understand.

By the way, all these reminds me of my "Why hold Salat silently" thread on sunniforum. Some of them managed to avoid the topic and focus on my gender and make fun of it so I had to reply:

Please be nice when you speak to a person. Human beings are not always male or female. Some can be transgender. Transgender have medical flaws, so only they can say if they are male or female inside. I am sure that not all sunnis are as uneducated and ill mannered discriminators as many of the ignorant people that are commenting on my gender. You claim to be the follower of a prophet who united the people , yet you just wait for a chance to discriminate. Now I know what it means in Qur'an 25:30. Some people can really give Islam a bad name. May God see it fit to guide you.

As per 4:1 I know only of males and females what is the third one btw? I don't find any aayat in regards to the same, I hope SoA may help me understand that with the aayat inshaAllah.
