Halo Pak Adley,
Saya baru gabung di forum ini. Di God Alone website udah sejak 2001-an.

Kalo Allah Semata ngumpul lagi, kasih tau saya ya.

Thanks.

halo indonesia...

Saya menanyakan salah satu dari 11 fatwa MUI tahun
lalu tentang larangan lelaki Muslim menikah dengan
perempuan non-Muslim.
Bukankah, tanya saya, yang
secara harfiah tercantum dalam Alquran adalah
sebaliknya, yaitu larangan Muslimah menikah dengan
pria non-Muslim?

Pak Ma?ruf bilang, selain Quran, pendapat para ulama

teknis fikih.

...ternyata nggak cuma IsLib yang suka nabrak Qur'an seenaknya, MUI juga suka...  :elektro:  :voodoo:

Typical, para ulama seems to have gone beyond the Quran, negating Verse 5:5 because of "kondisi berbeda". The Quran says we are allowed so how can these guys claim the higher authority? Just because the world has changed doesn't mean the Quranic verses now don't apply. This is a typical and old thing practiced in Malaysia, I'm surprised you guys down south have the same problems, are there any legal implications? Because as far as I know only Aceh implements sharia law, the rest of the country follows secular Indonesian law. In Malaysia it is impossible for a Muslim man to marry a Christian for example, the Christian woman has to convert by Malaysian Sharia law, she also has to change her name to a "muslim" name also by law (absurd right?). When I was living in Jakarta, I remembered there were different religions practiced within the one family, looks like your MUI doesn't like this practice.

Yeah Indonesia is still far more secular than Malaysia. However the force of religious extremism is growing. All thanks to events around the world such as the War in Iraq which push ordinary and ignorant Muslims into the extremist party.

Hi, Sis ♥ Thanks!

Saya bukan Bro lho... tapi kalau ikut diskusi/percakapan lewat internet, saya kadang memang dikira laki-laki...  ;D

Sis, are you an Indonesian too? Or perhaps a foreigner who live in Indonesia and able to speak Indonesian language?

I ever read some of your comments, and didn't think if you are an Indonesian cause I found you're fluent in English! :)

Salam kenal, ya.

Salaam Sis,

Tenang aja, aku 75% Indonesia pribumi kok dan gini-gini masih punya logat Madura ahahaha. Hanya saja senang merantau di negeri koala, jadi alhamulillah bisa berbicara Inggris dikit-dikit hehe.

Aku kira Bro soalnya sebagian besar yang aku tahu (dari Indo) adalah Bro, merasa kesepian menjadi Sister (tapi jadi ayu sendiri, eyaaaahhhhhh...).
